7. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed work, project screenshots, logos, or publicly available project information in our portfolio, website, social media, or Upwork profile for promotional purposes.

If a project is confidential, the client must notify us before the project begins.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms or services, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment providers
  • WordPress plugins
  • Marketing platforms
  • Social media platforms
  • Upwork

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, including:

  • Advertising performance
  • Social media growth
  • Sales or revenue

Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
